Subject: Rate of sugar dissolving in water
Dear TX Scientists,
We are a large, sweet making factory in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. We produce 1/10th of the world’s sweets. We make sweets for Haribo, Nestle and Mars. During production of our most popular sweet, Haribo Crocodiles, we dissolve large quantities of sugar into water. At the moment this process is taking too long and is slowing production down. We need to know what factors affect the speed at which sugar dissolves in water. In order to boost production and therefore increase profits, we need to speed this process up. We have spoken to Mr. Shaun Williams and he has recommended that we ask your opinion on this issue. Please write to us soon with your findings. Many thanks for your cooperation; we look forward to hearing from you soon.
Regards
Mr Harry Bow
CEO Saigon Sweets
